Adjust paths and fix style of operation #3

Currently paths hard wired and not clearly labelled. Improve clarity, and allow for test as well as operational running. Also sort the three styles of operational running (single file, all files, list of subset).

Command line switches for single, some and all stations. Extra output to give info on what's being done.

Paths still hard coded - to be moved into e.g. a config file in due course
