Advertising the submit attributes to the glidefactory ClassAd

Adding the submit attributes (glidein/submit/submit_attrs, glidein/entry/config/submit/submit_attrs) to the glidefactory (Entry) ClassAd

This PR fixes #307

This includes also some code quality improvements:

• Docstrings and PIP compliant (classes uppercase names, less generic exceptions) code improvements
• Removed fermilab hostname from test names in validate_node comment
• Removed no more supported use of has_key
