gl_togo.kmp not installable

I just tried to download last version of keyman for Andorid. Then use option "Add Keyboard from Device" and added gl_togo.kmp: https://github.com/globalbility/keyman-togo/blob/master/gl_togo/build/gl_togo.kmp

However I just get to a screen with title, and am not able to click "Install" to install the pack Screenshot_20200420-160310_Keyman

It installed for me, which version of Android?

Alternatively, you can open the separate keyman app, there should be an icon amount your app icons.

Download file to device or copy file to Google Drive.
Open Keyman app
Click on submenu icon (the right most icon in the menu bar -- it is a icon with three vertical dots - vertical ellipsis)
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Add keyboard from Device"
Navigate to where you downloaded the kmp file or go to Google Drive if you installed it there
Click on keyboard package file
Click on Install button

Hmm. This were the exact steps I did. I tested again now, downloaded last version in the repo, but is still not working for me.

I'm using Android 9
