coverage of total accepted names used in batbase compared to batnames

coverage of total accepted names used in handbook of the mammals of the world.

Goals is to get a progress bar (or coverage) of taxonomic names recorded in batbase relative to authorative name sources like batnames and handbook of the mammals of the world.
