The following should be a list: preexisting conditions, revision metadata, travel history, vaccines, genome sequences

@jim-sheldon the current outbreak schema https://github.com/globaldothealth/outbreak-schema does have transmission as a list, but this could be subject to change during the schema development task - likely to remain a list but the list options may change
