Hi,
Problem is located in the logic that generates text content from HTML. Indeed, elements in bold are transform to upper case, but template replacement logic does not recognized uppercase variables (i.e. ##ticket.title##
is OK, but ##TICKET.TITLE##
will not work).
We have to fix this.
Still present in 10.0.0 I guess we can remove beta tag.

I applied the proposed fix, it does not seems to fix the issue for me.

Could you test #12413 ? You will have to regenerate text template, i.e. opening the template form, removing content of Corps texte du courriel
and saving form, so the text template will be regenerated from HTML template.
It seems fine now 👍

On ticket creation, some variable does not get replaced see the following example : (All text models got automatically generated from html models)

In the solution notification, you can't get the author of the solution, the followup author is empty.
