existing metadata header not preserved when writing #48

Would love to be able to read, update, and write vtt with the metadata header intact. E.g. 

WEBVTT
X-TIMESTAMP-MAP=LOCAL:00:00:00.000,MPEGTS:126000

00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:02.000
