Problem exporting GlycoCT for structures containing phosphate bridges #27

Hi I have a structure with two internal phosphate bridges, I can draw them in GlycanBuilder2 (which is great). However, when I try to export the structure to GlycoCT format, it throws an error. How can i overcome this? Regards Catherine
