The structure G00955WX is drawn with a link towards the bracket if the original sequence is WURCS, but not if it is GlycoCT.
The culprit appears to be this test on line 1614 of AbstractGlycanRederer.java:
!link.getChildResidue().getParentsOfFragment().isEmpty()
which seems to give a different value for GlycoCT representation of the glycan than it does for WURCS.
Presumably this is a bug in the GlycoCT support.
