Slides regarding the next steps for the EC enzyme mapping

Raja requested a few slides to sketch out the next steps for the EC enzyme mapping. We should do this before #1259.

From my point of view the following scenarios exists (it does not mean we have to work on them):

• UniProt has EC number for enzyme
  • What do we want to display on GlyGen side? EC number, reaction images ...
• UniProt has EC number but we dont trust it
  • Would mean curation. Mikes expert group could suggest better EC numbers with paper support.
  • Probably needs to be processed by UniProt
  • Rhea might have to add the reaction if not existing
• UniProt has no EC number but it should
  • Mikes expert group could suggest EC number with paper support
  • Probably needs to be processed by UniProt
  • Rhea might have to add the reaction if not existing
• UniProt does not have EC number and its not an enzme (e.g. inactive, part of a enzyme complex)
  • Mikes expert group could suggest better handling of this protein (e.g. remove it from Sandbox, or make the protein complex the enzyme rather than the individual components)

I managed to find examples for all the issues, except the last two (which are in blue on the last slide), but I'm sure they will come up the more we look into it which is why they are still there for discussion.
