Low priority now. If it is any easy change we would like to change the blue color to some muted purple. Let me know whaty format you would like the color in (RGB, hex triplet, etc) and I can provide it. @sujeetvkulkarni

@DaniallMasood @rajamazumder In which places do you want to do this? This blue color is all over the place (header, footer, font color, button color, highlighting color on cards etc.). There are many CSS attributes affected. So it will take a while to do this or to refactor the css styles to support this kind of changes. Maybe we can focus on function for now?

@ReneRanzinger this is very low priority and is just something me and Raja discussed. The focus is function of the fornt end as you said.

But for future we do want it to look different from GlyGen so most likely change the color all over. But this is a later issue to address

@sujeetvkulkarni @ReneRanzinger how intensive is this? We would want to change the blue color everywhere in muted purple or some shade of purple following the styling of GlyGen. We just want it to be distinguishable from GlyGen.

If this is longer than a week project then we can address this after I come back from ISMB. After july 17th
