ValueOfCashGiving (but check others) where targets not staying consistent #10

ID 43 appears in Apr15 but not in May15.

IDs 34,53 appear in Apr15 but not in Jun15. ID 55 loses its target - is this to do with June being a 0 target month in some way?!

Pretty sure I've solved this with an extra bit of work in the targets bit at end main script that adds row in where a) amount is zero for the month, b) amount has not been zero for every month that year and c) targets are null. I think it's working, should become apparant if its not
