I've been trying to find a setup that would allow for an automatic upgrade but so far not fully successful.

At this point I'm thinking I should just rebase the plugin on Eclipse 2023-09 and not struggle with it any more

That would be nice since it's impossible to update to MyLyn Rel. 4 and connect to JIRA
