v2 迁移 v3-bypass 文件 #477

https://gost.run/concepts/bypass/#_13 文件里不再支持指定选项了吗？

另外命令行模式貌似也不再支持这种写法了： gost -L http://:8080?bypass=bypass.txt 是只能用配置文件方式了么？
