Build orders for units and buildings at the beginning of the game that don't make sense #36

Build requests for Factories, Goliaths, etc. at game start don't make sense. Nothing ever gets built, so I think this might be due to their bidding system, but its a bit confusing.

Build order is scripted as bidding is not implemented and buildings do get built.
