Fixup deprecation in Rails 7.2

Fixes deprecation for Rails > 7.2 in the coder arguments (thanks @freesteph for #517)

Remove support for:

• Ruby; 2.7
• Postgres; 9.6, 10, 11
• MySQL; 5.7
