Quize questions not displaying when a student clicks the take quize button

@najeebkafur I'm going to insist that you backup and show me that sweet sweet info I've put together in the Issue Template

My guess is that this is an easily resolvable issue but given the very minimal amount of information you've given me I cannot do much here.

Please help me out and at the very least post a system report and some screencaps of what you're seeing so I can help resolve.

@najeebkafur looks like your theme is overriding templates changed in LifterLMS 3.9 (https://github.com/gocodebox/lifterlms/releases/tag/3.9.0)

This is preventing new LifterLMS features (and bugfixes) from working properly

Please contact your theme developers for assistance with this issue as it's not a LifterLMS core bug but an issue with your theme.

Try switching to Twentyseventeen to see quizzes working properly
