[bug] Corruption #18

Possibly linked to #16, it seems that when placed in positions of power, multiple instances of man experience corruption in their values and go delusional and insane, leading to war, poverty, famine and disease.

Recommend experimenting with the greed and empathy multipliers so that other values do not overflow.

Although it's quite possible manipulations of greed and empathy multipliers can hold True for a set of conditionally-true samples (e.g. man), it cannot ubiquitously hold true for global human. All members of Cartesian-set of men and women should be considered - and equalized for all nodes of family tree.

To address the corruption, how about deterministic garbage collection? That way, mankind has control over the garbage collection cycles.
