Unable to load or see any maps

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch Mission Planner
2.Go to either Flight Data or Flight Planner
3.And/Or go to Firmware tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot see map:
"Exception: Unable to connect to the remote server."
"We are sorry, but we don't have imagery at this zoom level for this region."
When click on Firmware got an error "Unable to connect to remote server"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mission Planner 1.2.33 mav 1.0
Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried turning off the firewall. Tried reinstalling mission planner. 
Changed to different map sources. 

Still unable to connect.

Hi
I have the same problem on 2 different laptops.Dell 810 dual cores Win XP
Latest version of MP installed 30Sept2013. This problem only happens when I am 
over my house and have tried to zoom in on my house. If I move the map off to 
open area on the side of my suburb it then can zoom in the way it should and 
works properly ??
I think I am going crazy
