resolve purl.org identifiers of FIP/FER resources #1

Nanopubs use now w3id identifiers, but before 2022 purl.org identifiers were used that do not resolve at the moment because the Internet Archive was hacked and we cannot be sure that purl will be recovered.

There is a way to resolve these identifiers by adding a prefix: https://nanodash.knowledgepixels.com/view?id=[NANOPUB-ID] and this can be embedded in the GUI of FAIR Connect.
