🤗 [Question]: PR template and CONTRIBUTING.md Inconsistency

This is pretty minor, but the PR template advises contributors to use https://gitmoji.dev/ while CONTRIBUTING.md gives a separate list of emoji to use. These should be consistent. Which is preferred?
