Auth changes:
- Deletes AuthK1 in favor of AuthSig
- Updates the invite/fractal service & tests to use AuthSig
- Auth-sig plugin supports generate_keypair
New transact plugin manages the pending transaction
Fix support for app-independent logins (loginTemp routed through host)
