Webserver Options removed. Now "Other" always selected for all certs #187

Why was the option for IIS removed it was really useful, to be honest.

Please let us know how you used that option? The issued SSL certificates were always the same, there is no difference anymore which software used.

Oh well, I always thought it was issue one that was different
