crash on my tablet #1175

I purchased a new tablet (Chinese one)

I run the application, as soon as I finished entering the information, and the 
connection 
I flashed green dot in the status bar and then disappeared. 
When I try to change settings from that moment the application is trying to 
establish a connection, 
Course application and displays a "Send - to send" .... 
What should I do to make it work? 
Android versions 4.4.2
