The company's product Term Structure protocol, a non-custodial fixed-income protocol that provides peer-to-peer, fixed-rate, and fixed-term borrowing and lending in decentralized finance (DeFi), has raised a seed round fund of USD 4.25 million on 2023 November. Term Structure's total funding has increased to over USD8 million to date.

工作內容

Develop and maintain the backend features of a DeFi protocol.
Design data schema, build and maintain the database.
Improve and refactor the program.
Write technical documents, spec, project description and patent documents.

職務需求

Experience with backend languages specifically Golang.
Experience with relational databases specifically Postgresql.
Experience with ORM and design patterns.
Experience with UML and marketing requirement communications.
Experience with RESTful API, gRPC and WebSocket.
Experience with Git flow.
Capable of writing codes in maintainable, high-performance, and reusable styles.
Presentation skills.
English proficiency.
Leadership and responsibility to improve the software.

加分能力

有良好英語溝通能力。
對區塊鏈或加密貨幣有濃厚興趣。

薪資範圍

800,000 ~ 1,800,000 TWD / 年

工時/特休

特休依勞基法規定，但有額外提供福利休假。
人性化上下班時間，一天 8 小時。
可彈性遠距工作。三個月試用期間以在辦公室為主，以利於初期溝通和進入狀況。

福利

除勞基法規定的特休外，額外提供福利休假，總計有20天假期。
