Contact

In the Settings menu, add a Contact menu item with a link to the contact details.
Add a note saying to report bugs and request features in Github

Bug Report / Feature Request

Add a link to the Github Issues page in the Settings Menu
Add details of how requirements for bug reporting, e.g. device, android version, language, etc

Rating Feature

Add a section in the main menu bar to rate the app.
If the rating is 5 stars, link to the play store
If less than 5 stars, link to the feedback section
