yamls proposal with mini, default and full

In this PR

• [x] golem-cluster.mini.yaml has nothing more than needed, even the comments with suggested usage are out
• [x] golem-cluster.yaml is the detault yaml, with budget things ready for mainnet (with commented out node config stuff)
• [x] golem-cluster.full.yaml has everything uncommented (besides the registry_stats and ssh_credentials which are not present)
• [x] base for dev yaml is golem-cluster.yaml
• [x] added example/dds-with-ray.yaml -> adding outbound to mini
• [x] reorganized all yamls by
  • [x] moved synced_files closer to file_mounts
  • [x] moved file_mounts below node_configs
  • [x] moved head_nodes: True to the bottom
• [x] renamed mandelbrot-golem-cluster.yaml to mandelbrot.yaml
• [x] removed ssh credentials (user and cert path) in full (and default) - we don't want the user to change it
• [x] removed head_node_type as it is defaulted in ray the code
• [x] update changed yamls (dds, mandelbrot) in goth tests
