LL(*) and other goodies #16

The LL-star code has a lot of TODO's and parts which could be implemented more efficiently (at least theoretically). But it should work for smaller grammars and our current purposes.

@ndantam I had to force update this. I had a serious issue (forgot ending ") in asd file. The version on github is up to date but make sure to refetch my changes (forcefully). Sorry about this.

Already caught that missing \" and have it fixed in the ll-star branch on the golems/motion-grammar-kit repo. Why the force update?
