Non-latin encoding problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cfscript code executed with railo:
this.sanitizer = createObject("java", "org.owasp.validator.html.AntiSamy");
var results = this.sanitizer.scan(input, policyFile);
return results.getCleanHTML();

What is the expected output?
<p>параграф</p>

What do you see instead?
<p>????????</p>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Railo 2.0.0.034 + Resin-3.1.2 + mac os  10.5.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I guess it's not Railo or Cf specific problem, it's just treated as some kind 
of iso encoding when it 
suppoused to be a unicode

This is an issue that was discussed on the mailing list.

This will be fixed with the forthcoming 1.1 release.

This has been fixed in 1.1.1, but you must make sure that you set the proper 
page
directives and content-types to see the right data.
