Please add option for choosing sound feedback between this new midi and old 
style sounds, like in version 3.2.1 of talkback.

There are technical advantages to using MIDI for auditory icons.  It allows us 
to generate different dynamic sounds on the fly, which we can leverage 
long-term for richer feedback.  Having this logic dependent on a user 
preference if not a direction we want to head in.

It is clear based on user feedback that there could be some improvements to the 
MIDI sounds.  We will take feedback into consideration and make improvements 
prior to launch.
