[TalkBack] After voice tone change, music stops.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Music play
2. Setting->Language & input. 
3. Text-to-speed output
4. Voice tone change,music stop.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After voice tone change,  music play.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.2.1 talkback 3.3.*

Cannot reproduce using Google Music app. Please attach Logcat output and reopen 
bug if you are able to provide a stable repro case.

From the log, I believe this is an issue with the LG TTS. I am unable to 
reproduce using Google TTS.
