优化签名档存储

目前签名档和文章是 Many to Many 的对应关系，article_sign 
存储了对应关系。因为一篇文章只需要对应一个签名档，所��
�应该把 sign oId 作为文章属性直接保存，减少一次关联查询。

变更如下：
升级程序中加入对 article_sign 
存储的检查，如果存在这个存储，并且当前版本是0.4.0（prefer
ence.version），就把其中 sign_oId 一一放入对应的文章属性中。

升级完成的效果应该是不存在 article_sign 
存储，并且每篇文章都有一个 sign_oId 属性 ;-)
