Browsing by artist is currently compromised by the fact that we list lots of
artists that aren't actually in the library. It would be good to revoke/hide
anything in the DJDB that doesn't actually have music to go with it. Of course,
we would need to provide for an automatic un-revoke in the case that we end up
adding music by that artist at some point, and we need to make sure we're not
revoking artists that appear on compilations but don't have albums of their own.
