Ability to change album category from album page #214

Right now I can only change category (local, rotation status) from search 
results pages. I'd like to have the ability to choose a category (or two) right 
on the album's own page, so I don't have to always remember to do that first 
before clicking on the album to add the review.

You can also change an album's category from the artist info page, where all 
the artist's albums are listed. But yeah, you should be able to do it from the 
album page.
