Rotation-only playlist reports #218

As music director I want to be able to request playlist reports that contain 
only those albums in rotation. Currently I can't search for more than a week or 
so worth of playlist data without the app crashing, and I frequently need to be 
able to compile totals for the month. The playlist report app should be able to 
pull exclusively from those albums flagged as rotation when submitted.

There is no reliable way to do this because it's inevitable that someone will 
not autocomplete a rotation track.

However, there is a faster playlist report that I can upgrade us to.  I already 
have it working for underwriting.  It will allow you to report on an entire 
month without crashing.

But rotation tracks are flagged as such when they are posted to the playlist. 
Doesn't that flag count for something? Can't you filter that way and only 
include data that comes with a heavy or light flag?

as discussed on IM there will be an error rate but it should be tolerable.  So, 
yeah, I'll add a filter by flag and that should make everything easier and 
faster.
