playlist tracker submission problems

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to submit a track to the playlist.  Not every time, though.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hitting the "submit" button for the playlist sometimes hasn't worked today.  It 
hasn't been that it's thinking about it for a long time before entering the 
track; it's that sometimes nothing is happening at all when I hit submit, and I 
have to hit it again (in one case, it WAS thinking about it, and three listings 
ultimately showed up, but every other time, I've just needed to hit "submit" 
again a minute or two after the first attempt, with no duplication of 
listings).  Also, there were a couple of times when the track submitted to the 
visible playlist, but the text remained in the form and I had to overwrite it 
for the next track.  Weird.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Studio computer - Firefox
