Switching input method does not work many times

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install 2-3 keyboards.
2.When stock keyboard pops out, drag down "switch input method" icon from 
notification bar.
3.Try clicking on any of the three Radio Buttons to select some other input 
method.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Radio Button should get clicked. It does not allow me to select ANY of the 
Radio Button. But "Configure input methods" buttons is clickable. I face this 
problem many a times.

Do you see erros in the log files (logcat, dmesg)? [How to logcat like a

What version of the product are you using? (See System Settings -> About
Phone)
9.0.0-RC2-CRYPTOMILK-ALPHA7-marvel

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the problem is with accepting touch inputs. It happens sometimes with 
call also. When I get a call, I can not swipe answer call button.
Unfortunately, I could not take out logs at that time. But I'll do that when I 
face the similar issue.

I'd like to inform that, the issue is with touch. I don't even have a sratch 
guard. But still when I wake up my phone from sleep, I always face this issue. 
This happens when I get an incoming call too.
