Initial desktop setup in browser version is squashed. #537

This is what I get when I sign in on the browser version:

I believe these items should start in the corner of the window. Fortunately 
most of them can be moved there manually but the health readouts and disconnect 
button cannot. This makes managing my program windows trickier.

just click over the health icon to move them. what browser are you using?
