Request:
Add an "always-on-top" option to GUI options to disable the default
always-on-top behavior.
Comments:
This is a highly inconvenient issue on systems with multiple monitors. Because
CLV2 can only be displayed fullscreen on the primary monitor, and because by
default new non-game applications are also opened on the primary monitor, CLV2
must be minimized/windowed temporarily to allow a user to drag newly started
applications to their secondary monitor.
If CLV2 was not always-on-top, newly started applications would appear on top
of the window and could be easily moved to the secondary monitor.
Additionally this also would allow a user to use alt-tab to switch to other
applications while in fullscreen mode -- currently this is not possible and is
a significant inconvenience.
