OracleDataContext is not loaded #234

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. DBMetal -code:model.designer.cs --provider:Oracle model.dbml
2. -> OracleDataContext does not load

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Crash at CodeDomGenerator@279 TypeLoader.load().Name -> returned object is 
null

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.20

Load Type and check if it is null -> try to load DbLinq.Data.Linq.DataContext 
instead ??
