DbMetal.Generator.Implementation.ValidateAssociations throws exception #276

DbMetal.Generator.Implementation.ValidateAssociations throws an exception when 
there are multiple associations which are identical, same PK and FK.  I tweaked 
the code to give a more meaningful error message.  It is attached in a patch 
file.
