A small improvement

Hi, dear dojango developers,

Please, see a two small improvements on the page 
https://bitbucket.org/evotech/dojango-ext/src/08bd7ad9c922/dojango_ext/middlewar
e.py
that are marked with a marker "# start patch" and "# end patch".

It's useful for Ajax.

Hi, i've pushed your patch to my personal dojango repo as well: 
https://github.com/williambr/dojango

This is while the developers don't integrate the patches to upstream, we can 
maintain it

hi william. dojango now completely was moved to github to allow forking / 
sending pull requests more easily.

updates of your ticket can be found here in the future: 
https://github.com/klipstein/dojango/issues/86

i've also seen that you've made a lot of changes to dojango lately and it would 
be great if you could send me some pull requests so i could commit them to the 
upstream project.
