Custom, Bulk Email to class based on Pass/Fail #102

Hi,

Nice add-on, thanks!

I would like the ability to have your add-on;
-> Send "Message A" to all students who achieve a passing grade.
-> Send "Message B" to all students who do not achieve a passing grade.

I would like this to work with both the auto scoring proposed in another 
suggestion here and in the bulk scoring function.

This would allow us to be fairly hands off, but know pass/fail and remediation 
instructions are sent.
