Add a blank orl not blank feature #91

So it's scored as correct if not blank, and incorrect if blank...

As part of critical thinking and analysis, I reward my students for any 
thoughtful answer.

In Exce:

if(isblank('Student Submissions'!H3),0,1)

(Or perhaps adding a wild card "%*" for any non blank answer)
