100& CPU Load on Start #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install fanart handler
2. Start MePo
3.Look at Task manager and see how long CPU Load is at 100%

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: CPU Load goes down short after MePo is started
See: CPU Load is around 100% for 4-5 Minutes after MePo starts. This will only 
happen if Fanart Handler is activated

What sversion of the Fanart Handler plugin are you using?
2.2.4.502

What skin and version of the skin are you using?
Backdrop V0.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Hello.
A freah debug level log file is attached. The CPU Load is High until 
"Refreshing local fanart is done" appears on log file. BTW with .507 the Load 
is not constantly at 100% but it goes from 80 to 100% for 3 and a half minute.

Thanks. Can you please also let me know;
1. How many files do you have in total in your "/thumbs/Skin Fanart" folder?
2. Is the "/thumbs/Skin Fanart" folder located on a local disk or a network 
share?

Can you please test the attached version (Only for MP1.2 Beta) and see if you 
notice any improvements.

Hello.
Thanks for looking at that. The new version is better. The high CPU load now is 
only for about 2 minutes, a bit more than half the time with previous version.

My "/thumbs/Skin Fanart"  is located at default place on local drive: 
"C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\Skin Fanart\"
It contains 3532 files in total.

I have a 14 TB NAS to store my Media and it's full. I have to add new HDD next 
week ;)
