Add Video/Movie Fanart Scraper #91

Yes, Moving Pictures scrapes Movie fanart, but it cannot be used in any other 
Video plugin (only random fanart).  Now that Deda is enhancing the Videos 
feature of MP, it would be great to have a video fanart scraper in Fanart 
Handler for videos as well.

The latest version of MyFilms plugin (4.9.1 so far) includes a great fanart 
scraper for movies which I find fast and efficient.  The only issue I see is 
that it loads fanart for each movie in subfolders. 

I put these subfolders in the skinfanart/movies folder BUT the fanart does NOT 
display using Fanart Handler in Videos.  So I assume this request would require 
some changes to the scraper or to FH.

Deda's work in MP is now supported (in SVN version).
