autogen.sh can support glibtoolize as is or libtoolize

Attached is a patch that allows ./autogen.sh to work out of the box on
systems that install libtoolize as glibtoolize.

I have just happened to change the autogen script minutes ago, can you see if 
calling
autoreconf -i is sufficient for you?

It's in subversion.
