Cancelling new anatomy dialog still creates a new anatomy #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new anatomy
2. Click cancel
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should close the dialog, but instead a new anatomy is created anyway. It 
does so for both the new white and new rgb case.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.04 , rev 1745
