Can't build #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout code using source url
2. type mvn clean install 
3. unzip jar file that is built 
4. no code inside because directory structure is wrong
5. Fix directories cant build project. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk and any tagged version on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I just did a checkout of trunk and mvn eclipse:eclipse.

1) I had to add the source directories manually (no big deal)
2) The project doesn't compile.  A few domain classes are missing, including 
EUArea and DemographicData.
