功能请求：请求加入测试Seattle平台Vessels可用性的功能 #71

seattle平台的性能越来越差了。而且部分Vessels会突然停止工作
。在网站上又看不出来，目前只能通过seattle_repy的seash通过lis
t命令来查看。所以我想seattle的插件能不能加一个功能，就是
报告有多少个Vessels在工作。还有如果能显示各个Vessels的ping��
�就更好了。感谢作者

seattle与GAE比起来好用吗？GAE看youtube有时会出问题~~

seattle一点也不好用，看youtube如果GAE都不行的话seattle想都别��
�。seattle的意义在于可以处理GAE不支持的请求。以便使用某些
功能复杂的web2.0站点提供的服务

Fixed in V0.9.1
SeattleV0.9.1增加展示连接时间
用admin.bat或者admin.sh进入界面，选择Seattle，即可见到选项
